The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

When will my order shipped?

The parcel will be sent out in 1-2 business days (Orders placed after 12:00 am EST are processed the next business day) once the orders are made.You will receive an order confirmation email when we process it. Then we will send them to the carrier, you will receive your tracking number, within 3-5 business days.

If your order is out of stock, there will be 2or3 days more to wait , if you don't want to wait, you can contact us anywhere to cancel it or change it.

Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process.
