Order Cancellation

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. You need to contact us and let us to cancel your order. Once you cancel the order, we will accordingly process the payment cancellation within 1~2 business day.

Please note that it’s impossible to cancel the order after we dispatched the package. Please contact us in time.

You can contact us to change your information. Changes are possible for orders that haven’t entered the shipping process.

For non-quality related issues, we appreciate your care about environmentally friendly to avoid unnecessary wastes like packages or logistics. We sincerely suggest you check the product's details and make sure the product matches you before making a final decision, please check and read carefully to ensure the product fits perfectly before payment.

Please note

1.Once the package has been shipped, the additional shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from your refund.

2.Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for your original order. A. Returned to Debit Card/Alipay/Wechat Account: normally within 2 business days. B. Returned to Credit Card: Depending on your Accountant, the normal period may be 7 business days, no longer than 25 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
